The app is so terrible constantly crashes, constantly locks you out of your account, it’s been so bad I’ve had to close my account and switch banks

I have this set up for Face ID but every single time I still have to type my password and even then it’s saying my password is wrong and it is not so I type it again and same thing

FSB could take some notes from other banking apps, such as the JPM app, which is brilliant and way more detailed. Also FSB app doesn’t allow for memos as reminders what a transaction was about, and this new update won’t even open on my iPhone! I have to do banking, and now I can’t because it made me update! Very frustrating!

Worst bank app ever. It’s always down. Constantly says can’t log in. Website is always having issues too. Seriously considering changing banks after over 30 years because of all of the issues with the app
