The banking institution changed banking apps and this one has yet to even work. 
Only support offered has been to turn phone off and back on. Delete app and reload.  The app opens the automatically closes.

It will randomly go down.  It will freeze claiming that it hasn’t been used when, in fact it had been used that day.

Would love to be able to have all of my accounts together. I have three separate logins actually four separate logins on the mobile app. It gets messed up easily and then passwords locked and then I’m locked out of the app. Also that would allow me to transfer between my accounts business and or personal. Also would love to have mobile deposit for business.
Other than that your staff is very friendly helpful and always gets it done when I call. Thank you very! Sometimes just hard because I have to do stuff after banking hours. Otherwise, y’all are great. Just need a few updates on your app and online.

Very impressed with the app so far! Definitely was something that was needed — really excited about the Face ID and the check deposit features!
