I think this one is somewhat confusing ### 3/5 — Help with error code *2021-07-07, version 5.0.0.1524* So as many stated here the error code 0014. So what I did to overcome this was to disable my VPN. For whatever reason this seem to block the communication with the server. Now that I was able to get my user name and password in. The app even works with the VPN back on. The bank IT department should be aware of this, that’s why a 3 star. They should of been able to correct this problem. This new update is hard to read due to fonts size and you have some that are too dim I have to use a magnifying glass to read it Also you made this way too complicated for people that are just simply trying to get information on their accounts I had trouble called the bank and no one there could answer any question I asked about this you need to train your personnel before you implement it I had to learn how to use it by trial and error I then went to the bank and taught some of your people what I had learned they were still in the dark I was told that no training had ever been done for them on this This is not a good way to run a business Last comment think of your customers and the workers that serve them ### 2/5 — Ruined it *2025-07-31, version 6.0.8566* The app worked flawlessly before this last update. Now the set up is awful, it glitches I have to constantly re enter my username even though it’s clicked to save it. It doesn’t work well with saved passwords. The set up was simpler before but it worked well. I don’t think I’ll use the app anymore, and just the website.
