I think I found the problem in logging into benefits. “Alight mobile” they want me to use a third-party biometric ID, and loading their app to support this convoluted process. When I have a biometric ID built into the Apple Inc. devices that I’m Using. If you want a secondary ID send me a text message with a code number that I can put in. Like many other websites do. I prefer to use the biometric ID built into the system, not third-party.

First Student Connect needs more input from end-user as what information is needed for employees.  People in Cincinnati are out of touch with people driving every day.  Engage people from all parts of USA.  From large locations to small locations.  Do not have faith in First Student technology.

Did not know this till the dispatcher kinda yelled at me about something we were supposed do but I didn’t cause I did not get the notification.

The app can be very helpful. Some of the information helps keep us(employees) informed and the safety tips/reminders are appreciated. Many times though the reminders of meetings or training do not include important information. One reminder of a training meeting did not include the location or time just that it was occurring that day. This happened on several occasions since I down loaded the app.  I think the app is a great communication tool for employees and needs a little more focused attention.
