You’ll spend minutes tapping for different things and nothing will happen. Scrolling through restaurants doesn’t work well either. I’ve generally enjoyed my experience. However, with service fees hitting $15, I no longer feel the value is there. $15 for what exactly? $6 service fees are where I saw value, and I cannot support this constantly increasing for zero added benefit to the end user. Perhaps if you’re spending hundreds of dollars, the $15 becomes a smaller offset, but for two people the arrive fee is the price of a full meal in some cases. ### 1/5 — Odd *2026-06-11, version 3.4.0* App won’t open tried several months in a row now May & June 2026. Dined only to have drinks fully excluded, and have service fee jacked up. Saved 20% on total bill. Really annoying and embarrassing as had to scramble for the money. Customer service very dismissive saying it’s in the fine print of their general terms and conditions (which didn’t come up with the particular restaurants conditions , and it’s not clear they’re seperate ) Seems intentionally misleading App itself fine.
