I write for mobile deposit at Ftb only on my check clearly and it says it not there. Frustrating ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2020-11-15* App stopped working and hasn’t been for a couple months. My husband’s doesn’t work either. Just spins and sometimes goes to white screen. Very frustrating and no one cares or will fix it. ### 3/5 — Too many issues *2020-10-27* App failed to open last month. Deleted app and reinstalled it. My daughter had the same issue. Now I only get a white screen when I click to open it. Rebooted my phone. Still the same issue. I don’t want to have to delete the app again and reinstall because of all the security to go through like resetting password and face recognition. Please get this fixed!
