App stopped working and hasn’t been for a couple months. My husband’s doesn’t work either. Just spins and sometimes goes to white screen. Very frustrating and no one cares or will fix it.

I have used the app most of the two years I’ve banked with them. In the past few months, the app will not open on my iPhone 8, so I have to log in to account through web browser... which requires a text verification code entry Every...Single... Time. I try to log in. Even the web browser lags and is very slow. Extremely annoying.

The app won’t let me deposit any mobile checks due to its terrible security system. I write for mobile deposit at Ftb only on my check clearly and it says it not there. Frustrating

I have been a customer for almost 20 years and always loved the banks web based programs, however, the changes to the app not allowing face recognition and sometimes not even opening is a letdown. Please update with better version.

Finally, a mobile app from 1st TX Bank! But it's missing one of the most useful features other bank apps offer - check deposit (by photo). Oh well....

App failed to open last month. Deleted app and reinstalled it. My daughter had the same issue. Now I only get a white screen when I click to open it. Rebooted my phone. Still the same issue. I don’t want to have to delete the app again and reinstall because of all the security to go through like resetting password and face recognition. Please get this fixed! I rely on it to check my account daily.

The current app fails too often on my iPhone 6s. If I use it one time during the day I cannot use it the second time without rebooting the phone. The app will open but will not function. The prior version worked flawlessly for me. This one needs some bug fixes.
