## What is First?

First-Then is a clean, distraction-free visual schedule for parents, caregivers, and educators. Build a two-step plan in seconds: tap an activity card to place it in the **FIRST** slot, tap another to place it in the **THEN** slot, and show your child what comes next.

Visual schedules reduce anxiety around transitions. Instead of explaining "after breakfast, you'll brush your teeth" in the middle of a meltdown, you can show it — two clear pictures, in order, on a single screen.
