App is only good for checking balance. 
 Mobile deposits get rejected 99% of the time, I wouldn’t recommend using this app to do so - and I would recommend finding another bank if you want to live in the 21st century.

Can’t log into my account and won’t let me change my username or password, tells me I filled in the wrong credentials over and over again and been stuck for well over 45 minutes on hold for nothing to get fixed or solved don’t get a first u.s account

Worked fine until May 2024 sometime when there was an update and now freezes to a white screen when tapping to open. I’ve erased, downloads and installed from App Store the bank site and issue the same each time. I’m stuck and now can make deposits in my account. No tech support of app: just a black hole.

With the new update I always have a difficult time using the mobile deposit. I almost always get the error code saying that the “endorsement cannot be found”. I’ve visited my branch 3 times asking for tech help on this and they always say they will reach out and never do.  Before the update I never had any issues with mobile deposit. I am a business with many checks to deposit. Having mobile deposit available is key since I am 35 minutes from my nearest branch. Very disappointed!!!!!

Can no longer send money through Zelle because they limited use to only be through First US app although this feature has never functioned. Extremely inconvenient since landlord insists on being paid through this service. 
Besides that app is good.
