Ever since I bought this Safe a month ago, it has beeped at me and has had issues the entire time not happy

Just got this thing it was pretty excited about it. You figure if you lock a safe then it’s locked no this says locked incorrectly. Not sure what that means and then it just beeps at you. Not very impressed.

I was hesitant to purchase a safe with a digital keypad, and my instincts were correct.  It has been nothing but a pain in my side since day one.  The safe does what it’s supposed to, but the digital keypad does not.
