Snack sign-up, right where the game is The game card now links straight to the sign-up instead of hiding it — tap a game and it's there. Saying what you're bringing is optional, so you can put your name down now and decide later. Plans changed? One tap takes you back off the list. A Volunteers tab for your team Every upcoming game that still needs someone, in one list, with a dot on the tab while something is open — so you don't have to open each game to find out what's covered. Both parents see the same RSVP If you share a child with another parent, you now both see the current answer for that child instead of each guessing. And if your coach typed your email onto the roster before you signed up, your own RSVPs work properly now. Team chat tells you when there's something to read A post in your team's chat sends you one notification saying who posted — a push if you have the app, otherwise an email — and tapping it opens the chat. It never includes the message itself, and you won't be nudged again for that team until you've read it. A new Help centre Step-by-step guides for the things people ask about most: creating a team, finding your child's team, building a roster, and how scheduling works. Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID The app now locks with biometrics instead of signing you out when you've been away. Your session is protected without making you type your password at the field. Also in this release • Choose exactly who gets an invite when you add players, instead of emailing everyone on the roster • A parent without a phone number no longer blocks the whole roster save • More accurate baseball stats — plate appearances, RBIs and batting averages all count the way they should, and the app warns you when two people are scoring the same game • League managers can rename teams, change colours and age groups, delete a season to start over, and message their coaches directly • Double-elimination playoff brackets, including the grand-final reset • Copyable links to a game, the opponent shown on away games, and shutouts you can actually save • A tidier Messages inbox that scrolls properly and lets you filter when you're on several teams • Fewer duplicate notifications, and same-day cancellations that actually go out same day
