Was working then stopped on my newest iPad. Just opens a black screen and does load! Very disappointing

I bought the full app and the other subjects will not unlock. When I tried to go through the process of purchasing again, it said that it was restored for free, but they aren’t. All that I can access are toys, fruits, and animals.
