ダウンロードしたけど、背景の芝生が広がるだけで全く動かない。
トップ画面すらすぐ消えてしまう。
３７０円払ったのに、とても悔しいです。
どうにかしてください

インストールしましたが、最初に犬の絵が出てきて、消えると芝生の絵が広がっており、どのように使ったらいいかわかりません。
