Would be a five star review if we could actually receive push notifications of transactions on our phones. Thankfully I’ve gotten into the habit of checking it every day or else I would’ve missed a double charge.

I love my first star mobile app. I use it several times a day to keep up with my money deposited and checks written that have cleared the bank. I don’t know what I would do without this important app. If you are not currently using it, you should download it on your mobile phone.

Easy app for a great bank

1. This app makes me log in EVERY SINGLE TIME. I wish I could use a 4 digit pin like on my Arvest Bank app. I also wish it would remember me from the last time I logged in. 
2. I can’t name or rename my accounts from this app. I have to open my accounts from a pc in order to edit the account names. As someone who regularly uses over a dozen bank accounts, this is important to me and my business partner.

Even though I have the app set for face I.D. It randomly logs me out. Then I have to find all my info and re-enter and set it back to facial recognition. Extremely annoying because it’s always when I’m needing information quickly.
