First of all, the ads and offers on the start page are unnecessary and tasteless. You need ads? Send them as a message and offer the option to disengage. Secondly, the app looks and works pretty much like the drop down menu of a slow computer on Windows 97. I know for a fact that most programmers were not even born on those times, still they have managed to repeat such unremarkable feat. I connected PayPal to my account. Other banks post the transfers immediately, but not here. I posted a transfer two days ago and it is still pending payment. Out of kindness , I won’t continue. Is there any specific issue with the current version of the app? We'd like to assist you. ### 1/5 — Trash *2023-01-14, version App para iOS 1.17.0* As trash as the bank itself. I closed my checking account, credit card and hopefully soon I will be done with my car leasing. The app is garbage. These people are banking in 1999. On top of that service is horrible. They make simple transactions extremely complicated. Closing a credit card took 4 phone calls and a branch visit, and God forbid you need to buy a "marbete" for your leased car. Always stressful. This financial institution should close forever. ### 5/5 — First bank *2022-11-11, version App para iOS 1.17.0* I just opened account with first bank. I’m pretty satisfied with it. I’m just trying to figure out how I can get notifications of debits and credits via text messages. Like other banks do. I will call bank or visit to find out. But otherwise very good bank. Also getting access to and updating source of payment is very difficult. ### 1/5 — Basic Functionality not Present *2022-05-14, version 1.14.0* This app runs absurdly slow and is not capable of performing basic functions such as setting a payment date for a credit card. Whenever I log in I get an email saying there’s a duplicate session. Whenever I make a payment I get two emails with the same information.
