I end up having to call my bank just to get in the account ### 1/5 — Literally doesn’t work *2023-10-18, version 23.1.70* Doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Constantly crashes and very limited access *2023-03-10, version 22.2.41* I find it interesting that the app crashes while opening and certain features are “down” ( even on their website) during tax season when you need documents from your account so they force you to pay $20 an hour for a research fee to retrieve all of the documents and print them so you can pick them up. Which may take however long they “say” they spent time working on it. Very clever way to make extra money FirstBank.
