Smarter Coffee Bag Scanning
We've completely rebuilt the bean scanner to be much more accurate at reading your coffee bags:

Better text recognition — Now detects tasting notes, origins, and processes more reliably with word-boundary matching (no more false matches!)
100+ sub-regions — Recognises specific growing regions like Yirgacheffe, Huila, and Tarrazú, not just countries
Expanded vocabulary — Over 200 tasting note keywords including variations like "jammy", "zesty", and "honeyed"
Smarter context — Ignores words that appear in roaster names so "Orange Blossom Coffee" doesn't show up as a tasting note
More details captured — Now extracts altitude, producer/farm names, and harvest dates when available
Improved roast detection — No longer confuses "light body" with "light roast"
