I have to reinstall every couple times I use this app or it will not open

This App is very slow and there are “outages” very often. There is absolutely no way to express feedback or get help from the App developer. I have called the Bank’s customer service and they have no idea how to direct me. My old Credit Union bad Customer Service but they sure had a great App. Come on First Capital Bank, you can do much better than this.
