Why don’t you pick a better time to be down for maintenance? It was around 12:00 on Saturday night. A lot of people stay up later on weekends. But there are no instructions on setting up payees. Lists transactions quickly so you know why your balance is what it is. Gives the ability to see checks (this errors out a lot) and tag and note interactions. Can search for certain transactions. However my wife and I are not able to both have the app due to the two step authentication. We would love for the app to be able to have multiple cell numbers for this step as it otherwise can only be used by one party. I would have rated it 5 stars if my wife and I could both have the app work well with login. ### 5/5 — Like it better than I thought I would *2025-07-14, version 3.24.0* I was disappointed when First CCU changed from their website to this app for online banking. I have adjusted so well to this app I hardly remember what the website was like. It was great, I loved keeping track of my accounts there, but this app is even better! I appreciate that I can transfer funds, for example, between my accounts or even to my daughter’s account. She banks at FirstCCU, too. That has really come in handy. I miss the large view from the website, but at least the info I need is here, and I can access it away from my computer. Easy to access, easy to set up payments, Easy to have control over when I need to see my account information and make adjustments. And I can still set up a payment method from another credit union on the app. The app functions well and it is always smooth.
