Froze up and would t take me to the site. Settings icon and help button are almost off the screen. Tried to download first lass mobile also. Won’t even allow me to download the app. Keeps telling me to double click bu I have an iPhone 10. If my thumbprint unlocks my phone and my bank account app, it should unlock my work email app. If I'm in the process of composing an email, and it times out and logs me out, or I get a phone call, my email-in-progress is deleted and I have to start over. When it does connect, elements on the interface don't work. You cannot open mailbox, which it the main purpose of the app. These problems on a brand new iPad, updated, with minimal other software. ### 1/5 — Slow clunky. Typical Firstclass *2016-06-04, version 16.0.0* The interface is slow, it doesn't seem to resume connection which is a similar behavior to firstclass mobile, the delete is nice but you can scroll and the delete doesn't follow the scroll. There app and server still needs lots of work. Why they feel the need to have a client and not just following standards is beyond me. October 11.2015 Did I mention that it can't resume connections? Cause that is getting really annoying. Really annoying. October 23.2015 Still no update. I love when you try and delete something and the screen scrolls then sometimes it deletes but most of the time not. Quality Canadian product. June 4.2016 My favorite new feature is when you swipe to delete an email it deletes the one below. Even though it just highlighted the one you intended to delete. Also emails that you have delete randomly come back. At least I can always blame a crap email system for not responding and just say I never got it. Their apps are consistently the worst I have ever used and Firstclass Go on iOS is no exception. Constantly loses connection and can't automatically log you back in. Crashes about half the time I try to send an email. Clunky and slow web interface. Literally every other email app is better than this. Pull it together and copy or buy any other email app. This is inexcusable. My company is stuck on Firstclass proprietary servers so I am unfortunately stuck using this terrible app on a daily basis. ### 1/5 — Embarrassing effort... *2015-09-11, version 12.1.1.0.023* I cannot understand the logic of releasing this in its current state. Too many bugs and problems to list. Aber keine kommt damit klar weil keiner versteht wie diese App funktioniert. Sie ist unübersichtlich und die reinst Katastrophe. Veraltet und man findet nichts. Ich weiß bis heute nicht wie man da eine vernünftige normale Email verschickt oder weiterleiten kann. Nutze es nur um Nachrichten zu lesen das kriege ich einigermaßen hin und ich nutze die app jetzt seit 2 Jahren. On a computer, first class works just fine, but the app doesn’t work very well and can be hugely frustrating. Current issues include the menu for replying or other options within an email appearing behind the email so I can’t see what I’m selecting and if I am deleting emails from my inbox it will occasionally delete the email below the one I am trying to delete which has often been an important email. To make matters worse, the op doesn’t have access to the trash can for me to recover the emails that get accidentally deleted. Come aggiornamento intendo la versione del server che deve essere allineato alla versione dell’app, e infatti non capisco molto i commenti che lamentano malfunzionamenti dell’app: se qualcosa non va bisogna rivolgersi agli amministratori del sito a cui ci si collega. ### 5/5 — Funktional und sicher *2020-04-17, version 16.2.0* Die App macht genau das, was ihr Name verspricht : Erstklassige Kommunikation on the fly.
