I have an outdated signature and can’t change it - that feature no longer allows you to make a change. Now I have to manually update my signature with each email I send. I write more emails from my phone than my laptop. Sollte mindestens auf dem iPad und Handy gehen. Außerdem die Grafik ist von 1970 gefühlt und nicht so intuitiv. The password is saved only for a period of time. After that you must either type it each time you want to access your emails or delete and reinstall the app. I wish my company wasn’t so cheap and replaced this with outlook. Honestly though the price difference is really significant and gets the job done so beggars can’t be choosers. ### 4/5 — Problems with the 16.11 upgrade on iOS 10 *2020-01-02, version 16.1.5* I'm happy to see that the upgrade issues have been resolved and the First Class app is now working again. Thanks to the team for sorting this out! Previous message/issue I've been using First Class for many years on both desktop and mobile devises. always been very happy with the software, but the latest mobile app update on my iPad no longer works. It starts to launch but bugs out after a few seconds. I assume the update is still supposed to work on older iOS versions, my iPad is still on iOS 10.33. If the updated app requires a newer iOS, surely it shouldn't attempt to update on a device running on an previous iOS. Is this a glitch with the app, which will be addressed and rectified soon? I've updated the App, with the so called fixes, but it still crashes when I try to login, the update hasn't resolved anything. ### 3/5 — It changed *2019-12-02, version 16.1.5* I use FirstClass for work email and all of a sudden I cannot attach files to an email only photos. Secondly, it is now lacking a document view. I cannot open attachments. I have always been very disappointed by the mobile app as it does not provide the productivity or functionality you would expect from a Company/program of this nature. I would have described the old FirstClass app as just barely functional. I noticed that they updated the web client which looks really good and was hoping they would improve on the app as well, which they did. The look is a lot better and cleaner, and it appears to of gotten a well needed overhaul.
