There is no option to cancel the order and poor customer service. I only take from first cry. ### 1/5 — Terrible Return Experience – No Pickup *2026-06-17, version 9.0.12* I am extremely disappointed with FirstCry’s return process. I created a return request on 10 June, and the pickup was initially scheduled for 14 June. However, the delivery partner falsely marked the pickup attempt as unsuccessful due to “customer unavailability.” No one called me, rang my doorbell, or made any genuine attempt to collect the package. After I raised the issue, the pickup was rescheduled for 16 June, but once again, no one showed up to collect the return. There was no communication, no pickup attempt, and no resolution from customer support. As a result, my return remains pending and my money is blocked while I continue to chase customer service for updates. There is no proper option to directly connect with a human representative. Customers are forced to interact with an AI chatbot for several minutes before getting the option to speak with a person, which is frustrating and wastes valuable time. The complaint management system is also disappointing. Once a complaint is created, there is no clear status tracking or transparency regarding its progress. I have been a frequent customer and have ordered many products from FirstCry. In one case, the delivery partner picked up the wrong product during a return. The refund amount was credited to me, but after I informed FirstCry about the mistake, they asked me to return the correct product. After the correct product was picked up, they denied receiving it and refused to process the refund, claiming I had not handed over the item. Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, I received no resolution. Only after filing a complaint with the consumer forum did FirstCry contact me and finally refund the amount—almost a month later. When I asked why the issue was suddenly resolved, I was told it was because I had raised a consumer complaint. Another frustrating change is that refunds are now often credited to the FirstCry wallet instead of the original payment source, reducing customer flexibility. Additionally, the app frequently hangs and has performance issues, making the overall shopping experience even worse. One of my packages was marked as “delivered,” but I never actually received it. I raised a complaint immediately, but the issue was not resolved even after multiple follow-ups. What made the situation worse was the courier service. Despite clearly explaining that the package was not delivered, the responsibility kept being shifted, and no proper investigation or solution was provided. It felt like neither FirstCry nor the courier partner was willing to take accountability. Additionally, the promised doorstep delivery was not honored. Instead, I was asked to go and pick up my orders myself, which completely defeats the purpose of online shopping. This has been extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, the lack of proper support, unresolved complaints, and poor delivery service have made this a very unsatisfactory experience. The stroller I received was defective, and when I requested a replacement, their technician lied about examination, he didn’t come. After multiple follow-ups, they finally accepted replacement order and picked it up, but then cancelled the replacement order citing a completely false reason. When I tried to escalate the issue, their support team was unhelpful, providing robotic responses that didn't address my concerns. I was left feeling frustrated and helpless. To make matters worse, the new order I placed has been delayed by 2 days, and I still haven't received my product. All this chaos WASTED ONE MONTH TIME. The lack of communication and transparency is appalling. I demand better from a company that's supposed to cater to parents and babies. FirstCry's service and support are a complete joke. They clearly don't value their customers' time or business. If you value your sanity, STAY AWAY FROM FIRSTCRY! Their prices are not worth the hassle and stress they'll put you through. I'll be sharing my experience with everyone I know, and I urge you to do the same.
