FirstCU Access is your personal financial advocate. It’s fast, secure and makes life easier by empowering you with the tools you need to manage your finances.
Here’s what else you can do with FirstCU Access:

-Keep your transactions organized by allowing you to add tags, notes and photos of receipts and checks.
-Set up alerts so you know when your balance drops below a certain amount.
-Make payments, whether you’re paying a company or a friend.
-Transfer money between your accounts.
-Deposit checks in a snap by taking a picture of the front and back.
-View and save your monthly statements.
-Find branches and ATMs near you.

Secure your account with a 4-digit passcode or biometric supported devices. 

To use the First CU Access app, you must be enrolled as a First CU digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

I used to work at the Hilliard branch for about 5 years and I loved it. When you created the new page with the photo check deposit I was a little worried since I am not tech savvy. But it is fabulous! I live in Florida and kept my account because I was familiar with how it works and I am so grateful for a credit union that makes things so easy.

Before the “update”, I could see balances in all of my accounts when I was arranging transfers. Not any more, though, which is a MAJOR flaw. The soi-disant dashboard can’t be set up so that my opening page has the information I am accustomed to having. You took an app that worked pretty well and screwed it up. Thanks for nothing.
