Haven’t been able to access my account in months either through the app or the website. Every time I do, it says there’s an issue with the server

Before the “update”, I could see balances in all of my accounts when I was arranging transfers. Not any more, though, which is a MAJOR flaw. The soi-disant dashboard can’t be set up so that my opening page has the information I am accustomed to having. You took an app that worked pretty well and screwed it up. Thanks for nothing.

Same complaint as reviewer on this site ! Asks to update each time you  use it!! Get it fixed it’s much more non user friendly!

I used to work at the Hilliard branch for about 5 years and I loved it. When you created the new page with the photo check deposit I was a little worried since I am not tech savvy. But it is fabulous! I live in Florida and kept my account because I was familiar with how it works and I am so grateful for a credit union that makes things so easy.

What in the world 🌎 where you thinking of?  Who thought up this idiotic change? Hating this change. Unable to print verification of account with my name! Please go back to original version!

Why do you need to change what works. Now I can’t get back into my account. It keeps telling me to update. I went through the whole process then tried to go back into my account & a message comes up to update my account.  So I irritating. Going back to writing checks. Now I tried to put my nickname several ways & a message tells try another name because the name is taken.  I tried other names that also failed I would like to say I only have one NICKNAME.  Who made this mess????
