I have changed my password multiple times and not a single time can I log in. I can only log in on the website. What is the literal point of this app if I can’t even log in to use it. When I was interrupted by the woman who answered the phone . “This is not the electric company “ she barked . I said “ok I am sorry but confused “ she barked again “THIS is not the ELECTRIC Company “ .I started to ask another question and again Interrupted “THIS IS NOT THE ELECTRIC COMPANY “ . So the message is Clear and was the first time she Barked it at me . If this is an example of the costumer service this company provides .
