FirstGym is your in-ear gym sidekick. We walk you through your first 90 days at the gym, hands-free, so you never feel lost again.

WHAT IT DOES
• A voice coach that talks you through every set — between-set cues, rest timer countdowns, exercise transitions — without touching the screen.
• A 90-day program calibrated to your experience level and goals: build muscle, lose weight, get stronger, or general fitness.
• On-device form check from a short phone video — pose analysis runs locally, no clip leaves your device.
• Apple Watch companion: Next, Pause, Skip rest, and live heart rate, right on your wrist.
• Honest progress: per-exercise weight trend charts and recent-session history so you actually see the curve.

WHO IT'S FOR
First-time gym-goers and returners who don't want a personal trainer, but also don't want to feel lost. We optimise for the messy first 90 days: walking in, warming up, the first three machines, and the recovery in between.

PRIVACY-FIRST BY DESIGN
• Sign in with Apple — the only sign-in option. Apple lets you hide your real email and name.
• Pose analysis runs entirely on-device using Apple's Vision framework.
• Form feedback is generated on-device via Apple's Foundation Models on iOS 26.
• No third-party tracking, no advertising IDs, no analytics SDKs.

WHAT YOU NEED
• iPhone running iOS 26 or later. Apple Watch on watchOS 11+ recommended for the in-gym controller.
• AirPods or any Bluetooth headset for the voice coach.
• A subscription unlocks the full 90-day program. Free tier covers the first sessions.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
FirstGym Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription:
• FirstGym Pro — Monthly, 1 month
• FirstGym Pro — Yearly, 12 months
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. Subscription renews automatically within 24 hours of the period end at the same price unless cancelled. Manage in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
