I’ve called several times to complain about this issue but nothing has happened to correct the problem. You know it’s wrong and still have not resolved the problem with overcharging residents. It’s impossible to speak with anyone in management or someone in a position of authority to fix the problem. If we don’t pay, you charge a late fee. If I want to apply toward my balance before due date then I SHOULD be able to (still paying a fee which is fine). There is literally no good reason to prevent this. You can program system triggers if you are truly worried about not being paid full amount. If you only need to rent for 1 year then they are ok.
