However, the one little thing that still kind of annoys me is that putting in text (like when writing tasting notes on a wine), the keyboard doesn’t auto-capitalize after periods (or ? or !) like most other text input in other apps do. Thanks! ### 2/5 — Scanning issues *2026-03-20, version 2.11.5* You’re scanning system does not work at all ### 2/5 — Freezes *2025-12-19* App isn’t working. Each time I tap something to do it just takes longer than a few minutes to even load. I cannot click on anything else because it didn’t respond. There are no updates so not sure what the issue is. Why can’t we just choose from your listed selection and pick what we want in our shipments. This is why I stopped using g it in the first place. Why not give more options inside of your app? Allow experienced wine drinkers to make their own selection and leave the apps automated choice selection for people who are newer to the wine drinking experience? ### 2/5 — App still is not working for me *2025-12-09* This app was awesome before the update. I am a club member. I can finally get into the app but it doesn’t show my upcoming shipment order at the top like it used to. I have to go into the web version and when I click on the wine it still won’t give me any info on the wine that’s being selected for me. I have to go and search the wine to read about it in the wine shop. Too many steps as it was much easier to navigate before. I have tried to sign up, select wines and place orders with no luck. I have use three devices, downloaded the app and continue to get errors. I have tried everything that you support people have suggested with absolutely no luck. The only reason I am even considering this service is that my daughter gave me a gift card but at this point, it seems a lot more work than pleasure to try to work with your company. ### 2/5 — Review *2025-06-11, version 2.2.3* Love the club but dislike the limited options on reviews. Can only like or dislike. For an app that claims to cater to your tastes it’s hard to know what qualify as a dislike for me. I like most of the wines but don’t love them all. A true dislike is something I would rate a 2-3 out of ten. There is no way to describe that in the app. ### 4/5 — Great Concept, but Bug Fixes Needed *2025-06-07* I love this concept of the app! But there were a few issues I ran into that could affect my will to stay with the app if they’re not fixed. I did attempt to scan a list of wines on a menu at a restaurant and after multiple attempts, the app never stopped buffering so I didn’t get to use that feature unfortunately. Also, I noticed in the app when I am trying to rate my wines there is a glitch that the app doesn’t process that I’ve rated a wine sometimes. when I switch over to a web browser, it works better. **Developer response:** Hi! It can be better ### 3/5 — Getting better, lost tasting notes *2025-04-26* Older versions of the app were slow to move through the interface, which seems to be getting a little faster. The biggest annoyance in the current version is that the functionality to add tasting notes has disappeared from the app (and I looked everywhere I could imagine). Ironically, it is still doable on their website. I do want to be able to input and read my notes, so this is a disappointment. I hope they restore this functionality soon. **Developer response:** Hi! From the second it became clear that this is not a good choice. I’ve tried over 50 of their recommendations and I’ve yet to try one I didn’t like. Thanks to them I finally have a clear idea of the wines I like and dislike. I’m discovering more wines than I would have by buying them blindly or by poor recommendations by store clerks. On to the app: you can’t make purchases of the wines you like which is a huge draw back. When I want to add wines to my subscription or outside of my subscription period I have to log on online on my computer (thankfully I have one). **Developer response:** Hi! Thanks for your feedback.
