No notifications sent to me, no one immediate phone call or anything. They reported that they called the same day. I must have missed the call, but this establishments does not have a reliable manner of communication with me. They have my address, phone numbers, e-mail and SS#. But there caution created a cluster of issues with my scheduled payments. This place offers us bothing and demands that we sacrifice for their monetary benefit. I will be ending this account soon! Been a member since the 80’s. My account was in the negative and immediately I was charged the fee by FirstLight. I wasn’t even given a chance or a notification to rectify the solution and add more money. and I just don’t think that is fair. I think customers should be given 24 to 48 hours at least to make the adjustments and add more money before we are charged fees or at least given a notification. I do not need to know this afternoon or even tomorrow that a payment was made out of my account. I need to know immediately so I can take immediate action. The system needs to come out of the 19th century and into 21st century.
