With the last update to the app in December 2024, I can’t make transfers between members, unless we use Zelle, but I have relative that doesn’t have the FLFCU mobile app, they took the convenience of just logging in and make an internal transfer. This relative doesn’t know how to download the app nevertheless use Zelle. I will start looking for another financial institution.

I waited in the queue for 45 mins. My spot in queue would go up and then back down only to up way more slots… this app does not prioritize customers that have been waiting long.
