The calendar won’t open and when I try manually to type in a date, it is messed up. Each time I had to ask to be transferred back to the original agent. Slow and buggy. Cumbersome design. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2025-04-27* Constantly logs you out, doesn’t allow keychain access so you have to bounce between your password app and this app, copying and pasting details. Neither portal has 2FA which is concerning given FirstMac has been hacked before. This is really one of the laziest examples of a banking application I’ve ever seen. Just don’t bother. Great job ### 1/5 — Techs need to look at the live chat ASAP! *2024-12-02* I don’t always have time to ring up and have my questions answered so that live chat is a good tool to access….but there it ends! Tech support really needs to get on to fixing the issues, that makes the chat freeze, then you have to shut down the app, go back in, start chat again only to loose what you were enquiring about but also be paired with another assistant, to have to explain your WHOLE story all over again! Absolutely exhausting in the end! As a customer a quick text to say an interest charge has changed would also be lovely!! Very poor UI/UX design. ### 1/5 — Access denied after upgrading the app *2024-04-02* A day ago I accessed my account through the old App. There was notification to make sure to use the latest app. I updated my app today but then it asked me for credentials again. I entered my credentials and it says Error. I have no issue accessing my account through Livez Money Web with my credentials. ### 1/5 — Err *2024-01-22* Why do I have to log in every time. Asks to setup Face ID but doesn’t actually do anything stay logged in. Chat works, app is reliable and has the required functionality. ### 4/5 — Great iPhone App ... but *2018-07-18* Very good banking app for your iPhone, but where’s the iPad version ? ### 4/5 — Great App But Drains the Battery *2018-06-03* I love the convenience of this app. It’s been worth the long wait to have an app with all of the features plus the touch ID. Despite all of this, I have had to uninstall it from both my iPhone and iPad for now. I found it was draining 30-50% of my battery tracking my location while I wasn’t even using it. I trust this might be something the developers can fix so I can get on with using one of the best banking apps. **Developer response:** Hi John, Thank you for your feedback and we apologise for the inconvenience of the battery drainage issue. It still kinda does everything but just worse. No Osko payments sent or received in April 2026 is like being sent back to the Stone Age.
