Email First media ga berguna, percuma sudah di email dan di telp ternyata responnya zonk, kirain setelah menghubungi sudah direspon putus internet karena sudah tidak dipakai lagi, ternyata belum diputus, dan auto debet tagihan. Dan ternyata sudah berjalan autodebet nya kurang lebih 2th, Gila sih, sudah tidak dipakai dan offline ternyata ngambil tagihan sendiri autodebet sekitar 450rban tiap bulan dari 2022 smpe 2024, Dan setelah telpon CS gda solusi dan uang tidak bisa refund. Tolong refund dong dananya!! 
ada trouble direspon dong, diperhatikan pelanggannya,,,!!! 
mau komen di Instagram ternyata komentar dibatasi, klo dibuka pasti negatif semua.
