Please make this system much easier. ### 2/5 — So much potential, so little execution *2021-09-21* UPDATE: The previous problems have been fixed. Unfortunately, the app now fails to show its login screen, subbing a software error popup instead. ______________ It’s a clean interface, but two issues (one fatal, the other just annoying): 1) Choosing the wrong passcode locks your account after just a couple tries. Which wouldn’t be so bad except you need to call during business hours to unlock it. Which means guessing wrong twice locks your account for a long weekend, upto 3-4 days, until you can resume your business activity. The kicker is you can type in the right password, and this may still happen: If your password has expired, the system doesn’t tell you this; it continues to state the system can’t verify your account (as it would if you mistype the password), soon locks you out, and forces you as stated to call the office next business day, which may be 3-4 days later on a long weekend. NOT GOOD(tm). 2) On the iPad app, the calendar for denoting payment dates for bill payment cuts off Thursdays and Fridays. Not deal-breaking, but embarrassingly unprofessional.
