### 1/5 — Terrible

*2025-07-04, version 1.16*

Garbage app, logs you out every single use and biometric login doesn’t work, is really just an internet short cut because anything you need to do is external to the app. Poorly designed and organized. The only reason I gave it 1 star was to write a review.

### 1/5 — App issues

*2025-04-22, version 1.16*

The app is horrible. I use my AT&T app to pay because so many issues on this app loading

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2025-03-11, version 1.16*

After FirstNet made me merge to an ATT account my autopay got deleted and now FirstNet offers no billing through them and everything is done through att. I can’t even view my bill anymore and att says it’s a FirstNet issue. It’s like I’m a half att user but can’t use any of their features and FirstNet has now deleted everything off their app and the app is completely useless.

### 1/5 — Should be ashamed of this app

*2024-12-10, version 1.15*

Does ATT even pay attention to the FirstNet Application? It’s like they have a rogue team of developers in some back closet they forgot about. You literally have an app that takes you to the ATT website. There literally is NO FIRSTNET APP. It doesn’t even really exist. What a sham.

### 1/5 — App Crashes and Times Out Constantly

*2024-10-08, version 1.15*

App crashes constantly and times out. Causes the inability to log in or takes dozens of tries. No support site or contact information fond so a bad review it is.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2024-09-26, version 1.15*

App never works. Customer service couldn’t fix the issue. Had to put 1 star wouldn’t let me put 0.

### 1/5 — Every button takes you to Safari

*2024-09-20, version 1.15*

Why can’t we just work through the app? Just make a interface like the regular AT&T app..

### 1/5 — This probably the worst app

*2024-09-13, version 1.15*

For starters it sends you to safari after you login, then once you are on safari what ever new updates they have done to the website refuses to let you pay online. For the last 3 months I’ve had to go inside AT&T to pay the bill bc it won’t let me access the bill pay feature online. Way to prioritize your first responders and medical professionals 🫡 AT&T is horrible but somehow first-net is actually worse

### 1/5 — Poor Service

*2024-09-01, version 1.15*

this app need to be deleted because it is useless! AT&T please let your customer service representatives know how to solve issues once we asked for assistance. Please train them well.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2024-04-07, version 1.15*

Man love my service but this app is trash! Nothing ever works ever ! the worst !
