### 1/5 — App doesnt work at all.

*2025-04-21, version 1.20.1*

Why is it required to have if it doesnt work?

### 1/5 — Right username/password but won’t log in

*2025-04-08, version 1.20.1*

This is such a waste of time. I just want to see my account.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2025-01-01, version 1.19.1*

I can’t even use my phone without it now to sign into apps that require me to use ATT for TV provider such as ESPN +

### 1/5 — Absolutely junk

*2024-11-26, version 1.19.1*

It’s practically impossible to get this app to work and when it does, it has very limited functionality. Don’t waste your time on this app or first net services.

### 1/5 — Bad app

*2024-10-22, version 1.19.1*

Don’t join will no longer let me log in

### 1/5 — Terrible App

*2024-06-26, version 1.19.1*

This is required to get into the FirstNet account but it seems that I am not the only one that cannot sign into the app! This is pretty sad that a company like AT&T cannot build a simple 2FA app to work correctly!!

### 1/5 — Trash

*2024-06-26, version 1.19.1*

Won’t even let me log in. Keeps saying something is wrong. First Net is really starting to piss me off. It’s not hard folks get it together

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2024-06-20, version 1.19.1*

The app is useless and so is their tech support.
2FA is just as bad as trying to login FirstNet’s website. The website say’s call support, but they can’t do nothing about it. The best they can do is tell you wait 24-48hours, WTH!!

This is suppose to be the first responders service, but it seems it’s just another service like BoostMobile or Cricket. T-Mobile has better support than these guys!

### 1/5 — NOT WORKING

*2024-06-20, version 1.19.1*

FirstNet single sign on isnt working. Says “ALERT, something isnt working”. FIX THE ISSUE AT&T

### 1/5 — Not Working

*2024-06-20, version 1.19.1*

Apparently I’m now required to use this app to login to my FirstNet account but it’s not working. I hope this gets resolved by the time I need to pay my bill. So dumb!

### 1/5 — does not work

*2024-06-17, version 1.19.1*

My first net said I need to use this starting tomorrow and I can’t log I to it. constant error messages. useless and dumb. why is it mandatory and unable to work

### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work

*2024-06-10, version 1.19.1*

I received an email from FirstNet letting me know that I had to set up 2FA for my account and wanted me to download this app. I downloaded the app but am unable to login to it. Every time I try to login I keep getting an error message that says, “Something isn’t working. Please try again.”

### 1/5 — Very inconvenient and difficult to use.

*2024-05-05, version 1.19.1*

bad app

### 1/5 — “When seconds and security count”

*2024-04-30*

The review title is their own quote from their website preview if you look up this SSO app. First, I’ve tried 8 different browsers. I’m tried a freshly reformatted, and updated, iPhone as well. This app logs itself in, but the website never syncs or acknowledges the sign on. I can’t get into my account because the phone number for the account is suspended - and the SSO is registered to my device and the same account (yes, I cross checked to be sure it wasn’t even a capitalization issue). Nothing. It does nothing and then times out and denies entry to my account. This caused issues making payments in the past, and now I can’t access anything to even manage my account. I’m done with this. This was the final straw in years of issues that I overlook or accept because I hate changing companies often. Now it’s showing my phone is locked to them when I brought a paid off phone to the plan from the start. So, I can’t even use my phone - even the DUAL SIM option - to use any other cell service. Wi-Fi apps for calling/texting work, but the authentication server shows they have it locked from adding any other service to my phone. Thanks, it’s been a fun lesson.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2023-10-06, version 1.19.1*

After over two years with Firstnet, these apps still accomplish absolutely nothing..

### 1/5 — One of the worst and useless applications I’ve ever messed with.

*2023-07-21, version 1.17.1*

What were the developers trying to accomplish with this??? I can’t even log in, and in the past when I have logged in the interface is trash and not intuitive at all. The support for first met is making me regret my decision to switch over to them.

### 1/5 — Horrible app

*2023-06-01*

This app is a complete waste. Rather than having email, phone call, or text two factor authentication they insist you get this app. It doesn’t even work for me - so I can’t even pay my bill without calling them. If they ask me for something related to this app to pay by phone call I will simply cancel my service. It seems like a scam to have more access.

### 1/5 — Awful app

*2023-05-19, version 1.17.1*

This app is a train wreck. The initial login doesn’t take advantage of the password vault integration that pretty much any iOS app leverages these days. And once you switch back and forth a couple of times to copy and paste your password manually, the SSO doesn’t even work! What a waste of time.

### 1/5 — Pointless

*2023-05-05, version 1.17.1*

Can’t even allow push notifications from the app settings to have access to my profile. Waste of an app.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Horrible app

*2026-04-18, version 1.21.1*

The darn 2 factor is stuck in a loop. Press allow to get to your pin to only be not allowed in. Been this way for a while.

### 1/5 — Most secure

*2026-01-15, version 1.21.1*

Nothing makes your account more secure than an app that prevents even you from logging in! Ever get tired of just logging right into your first net account? Well this is the app for you. Download and never log in again!

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2025-12-19, version 1.20.1*

Required to use to log into your Firstnet account but rarely ever works correctly. Worst authentication app I’ve ever had to use.

### 1/5 — Stay Away

*2025-12-09, version 1.20.1*

App doesn’t even work, no pus notifications sent out.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2025-09-28, version 1.20.1*

If I could give 0 stars I would. It hardly ever works correctly and then you can’t log on because this doesn’t work.

### 1/5 — App

*2025-09-27, version 1.20.1*

Multiple error messages that don’t make sense. Not user friendly when needing to log on our change password. Y’all gotta fix this app it’s ridiculous. Please reach out if you need detailed description of what is wrong with the app.

### 1/5 — This doesn’t work

*2025-08-08, version 1.20.1*

The app requires you to enable push notifications, but single sign on isn’t in the notifications list, so you can’t enable it. Therefore 2FA doesn’t work and you can’t get into your account. That’s customer service.!

### 1/5 — Doesnt work

*2025-06-23, version 1.20.1*

I've tried editing my account which requires me to get this 2FA app but the app doesn't send the signal back to the website making it useless.

### 1/5 — Unreliable/does not operate

*2025-05-06, version 1.20.1*

As usual AT&T service providers fail to meet the CIA Triad standards and particularly the A for availability. Security is important to me and this app failed to log in and provide appropriate notification for what exactly is the issue. Additionally, this app was not designed to enable password management access. Just like OPUS huge failure.

### 1/5 — Absolutely the worst

*2025-05-01, version 1.20.1*

Att please fix this

## Most praised reviews (1 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — App worked fine for me

*2024-06-18, version 1.19.1*

I think all the bad reviews for this app are happening because people don’t know what the app is for or don’t know what FirstNet actually is. All it is is a program for first responders to allow them priority access to the ATT cellular network in times of extreme customer usage.

So for example, a level bazillion flood covers the eastern half of just North Carolina. Everyone there needs a boat and is using their cell phones to fine one. This clogs up the cell network so those in the business of saving lives and delivering critical aid have trouble connecting with their cell phones.

Enter FirstNet. If you’re an approved first responder AND have a FirstNet SIM in your device then, basically, you have the ability to bump someone else off the cell tower so that your call, presumably more important, can get through. That’s it.

I followed the 2FA instructions in the email I received and everything worked as advertised. Not sure what all the whining is about.
