## What is FirstPriority Mobile?

FirstPriority Mobile has been designed for users of the FirstPriority desktop application to remotely input data directly from the field.

• Report Events and Hazards from the field
• Conduct inspections and audits from the field
• For use online and offline

Users must be using the desktop version FP v9.0.0 or later.
If you are on an earlier version please contact your FP System Administrator for more information on your upgrade timing.

### 2.4.2 — 2026-08-13

Capability has been added to allow authentication using Micrsoft Entra Oauth Single Sign-On (SSO) along with required tech stack updates. Platform changes will be required to your FirstPriority web application to enable this authentication method.

• Added Portuguese language support. The app now appears in Portuguese when the user's locale is set to Portuguese (Portugal). 
• Version 2.4.1 fixes translation and language display issues.

FirstPriority Mobile 2.4.0 is the first multi-lingual version of the application. Portuguese is now available to users that have their locale set to Portuguese (Portugal). Additionally, libraries in the technology stack have been upgraded to enhance security and performance.

FirstPriority Mobile v2.2.0 has a number of bug fixes and introduces the following key features:
• Hazards can now be created from the Home page.
• Supports Mobile Device Management (MDM) functionality to simplify the deployment and set up process for managed devices.
• Upgrades to the Single Sign On - SAML library to ensure compatibility with FP 9 web application.
• User Interface Standardisation: small changes were applied to various display elements to improve uniformity throughout the application.
• Technology stack upgraded to enhance security and performance.
