This is one of the biggest missing functionalities in the app. Conditional orders are critical for risk management, trade automation, and options trading. Requiring users to log into the website just to place these orders is frustrating and outdated. Please stop neglecting this feature and bring full Conditional Order support to the mobile app. Many users have been requesting it for years. ### 3/5 — Ok App *2026-06-02, version 3.19.5* This app has a great system that’s easy to use butt it has lots of network and connection issues. I’ve been stuck in trades overnight unable to login to my account. Not customer service to help me. Very poor experience. But the app itself is great when it actually works ### 2/5 — Add Options grouping feature and Iron Condor for mobile App! *2026-04-25, version 3.19.5* No options spread grouping. Many other mobile trading Apps have this feature, please add an option for this. Currently it’s just a separate line for Each option, no way of knowing what the profit/loss is without doing the math. Also add option to Duplicate order. There’s no way to place a GTC order for multi-leg options before or after market close. Again, something every other broker has an option for. Can’t setup Iron Condors on mobile App. Have sent feedback directly to them. At least there are no fees for options. The process moved quickly and communication from the recruiter was timely. The Concern After being rejected, I was informed by the recruiter that the hiring manager believed I was looking up answers on my computer during the interview. This did not happen. I found it troubling that a false accusation was relayed as fact without any opportunity for me to address it, and that it was presented as a contributing reason for the rejection. Candidates deserve a fair evaluation process. If an interviewer has a concern during an interview, the professional approach is to raise it in the moment rather than citing unverified assumptions in post-interview feedback. Advice to Candidates Be aware that subjective impressions during the interview may be communicated as fact. Advice to Firstrade Ensure interviewers address concerns directly with candidates rather than making accusations after the fact that candidates have no ability to respond to. ### 1/5 — Cannot save indicators setting *2026-02-12, version 3.19.0* Previous saved indicators configuration are gone, and cannot put them back, every time I configured them and saved, moved off to their screen then came back, it went back to original default.
