This user friendly app makes it easier for you to access all your FirstReport features on-the-go. It allows you anywhere, anytime instant access to your FirstReport services on your iPhone. With FirstReport you have two different plans available to you – FirstReport-ID and FirstReport-Advantage. Access to all FirstReport services requires a subscription. Depending on which FirstReport plan you have subscribed to, you’ll have access to a different set of features and benefits on the App. If you’re on the FirstReport-ID plan you’ll have access to a variety of identity protection features. The App gives you mobile access to all of your identity monitoring services, including one-touch reporting of lost or stolen cards. Tried adding personal info on website and app multiple times and it doesn’t even register. Wasted hours for nothing. Completely useless. Don’t bother with this service. I only joined cause I got a free subscription. I would be livid if I had to pay for this sheet. ### 4/5 — Credit Report *2025-02-25* Very much like the app works great one feature I would like to see implemented is being able to see trans union report and equifax report ### 1/5 — Unusable *2024-02-05* App refreshes constantly making it hard to log in even if you do log in you cannot veiw anything because it constantly refreshes back to main page. Attempted to log on from the website, it kicks me right out. This is useless if you don’t FIX IT! ### 1/5 — Multiple duplicate notifications *2022-11-03* Every month I get multiple notifications that my new credit score etc is available. Both through the app, email, and text. It has become such an annoyance I’m considering cancelling the service. Nowhere in the app is there a support area to address issues with the app. ### 1/5 — Charge after the service was cancelled *2022-05-04* I deleted the account and it was still charging for the account 2 & a half weeks later after I was told that my account was closed. Once you get locked out of the app you can’t get back into it even though you contact the company.DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY IT’S NOT WORTH IT! ### 3/5 — Needs work *2020-11-17* Have had issues where logging in was impossible. This has since been resolved. The alert notification will not clear after login. It has been on for months.
