Completely useless. Tried adding personal info on website and app multiple times and it doesn’t even register. Wasted hours for nothing. Completely useless. Don’t bother with this service. I only joined cause I got a free subscription. I would be livid if I had to pay for this sheet.

App refreshes constantly making it hard to log in even if you do log in you cannot veiw anything because it constantly refreshes back to main page. Waste of money

Every month I get multiple notifications that my new credit score etc is available. Both through the app, email, and text. It has become such an annoyance I’m considering cancelling the service. Nowhere in the app is there a support area to address issues with the app.

I deleted the account and it was still charging for the account 2 & a half weeks later after I was told that my account was closed.  Once you get locked out of the app you can’t get back into it even though you contact the company.DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY IT’S NOT WORTH IT!

The app is gliching so often that you can’t even type the log-in info fast enough. I have deleted and downloaded fresh, but same result on iPhone.

Your app continuously glitches and flashes when I’m trying to log on. Attempted to log on from the website, it kicks me right out. This is useless if you don’t FIX IT!

Very much like the app works great one feature I would like to see implemented is being able to see trans union report and equifax report

Have had issues where logging in was impossible. This has since been resolved. 
The alert notification will not clear after login. It has been on for months. 
Overall, it will provide you with the information advertised.
