Repeated calls to the telephone service give me repeated recommendations that I uninstall and reinstall the app, which does not solve the problem. The telephone representatives say that it is not Firstrust’s issue, but the app developer’s. The problem with that, however, is that the Apple Store lists Firstrust itself as the app developer and “contact the developer “ links take one to the Firstrust app! Whether accessing it on the web browser or mobile device, it has made depositing checks, paying bills, checking transaction history, and many other things quite accessible. Overtime, the email updates to key deposited checks have come in much easier over time. With that said, I do not get bombarded with notifications as well.
