This app is for technicians and service advisors on the FirstService platform ONLY. Once you have joined the FirstService platform, you will receive an email with instructions on how to login.
The app has following features when used by Service Advisor :
1. Gives the Service advisor ability to Check In the Car for service.
2. Assign the Technician to the Car.
3. Approve Recommendations sent by the Technician.
4. The Service advisor can view all the upcoming bookings for the car services.
The app has following features when used by a Technician :
1. Ability to mark the status of technician to Active or Inactive.
2. Ability to change the status to different working statuses.
3. Ability to send recommendations regarding the Car.
