Had to reply couple of mails only to confirm that I need the refund!! There is no in app refund confirmation or notification or sms notification system.Moreover there were no different characters or font or link in the mail that indicates I have to reply! As a result of delayed response there added another penalty! Very cunning & unprofessional behaviour! Firsttrip doesn't show the Biman Bangladesh option, only Air Astra and US-Bangla. I compared two tickets on both Amy and Firsttrip. On Firsttrip, for February 9th, from Chittagong to Dhaka, the price is 5,874 TK (with their so-called free ticket or discount, lol), whereas on Amy, without any free ticket, you can fly with Biman Bangladesh for 5,580 TK (saving 300 TK).haha don’t make people fool ### 5/5 — A Smooth Travel Booking Experience That Keeps Getting Better! ✈️🌍 *2026-09-07, version 1.0.78* Been using the Firsttrip app and honestly, it’s been a pretty smooth experience so far. ✈️ The app is easy to navigate, flight searching is quick, and the booking process feels simple without making things complicated.
