This is my first time using the app, or any sort of virtual advice. I was a little worried about a new small growth on my dogs skin and as someone with pets anything new or out of the ordinary can cause a lot of worry. I was so impressed by how quickly I could get an appt - was booked in for 15 minutes later. The vet was brilliant, very reassuring and provided experience and all of the available options. It’s really helped put my mind at ease. The app also worked very smoothly and promptly and I was called as soon as it hit my appt time, no delays. 

Will be recommending to everyone

The vet I spoke to was very helpful and reassuring.  I had uploaded photos previously and she was able to look at my cat’s eyes live on my phone camera.  I trust her advice and this has saved me a costly trip to the local vet.

I have used first vet twice, one early morning and another late in the evening, saw the vet in 15 minutes with of our concern, we were given very clean advice. I highly reccomend this service.

Ich möchte das Videogespräch mit der Tierärztin ausdrücklich sehr positiv bewerten.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist ihre spürbare Empathie. Sie hat aufmerksam zugehört, ist auf meine Schilderungen ruhig und verständnisvoll eingegangen und hat es geschafft, mir in der Situation Sicherheit zu vermitteln. Man hatte zu keiner Zeit das Gefühl, nur “abgearbeitet” zu werden, sondern wirklich ernst genommen zu werden.

Ebenso beeindruckend war ihre lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise. Statt nur allgemeine Hinweise zu geben, hat sie strukturiert nachgefragt, mögliche Ursachen verständlich erklärt und konkrete, nachvollziehbare Handlungsschritte aufgezeigt. Das Gespräch war dadurch nicht nur informativ, sondern direkt hilfreich.

Auch ihre fachliche Kompetenz war deutlich erkennbar. Ihre Einschätzungen wirkten fundiert, klar begründet und praxisnah. Sie konnte medizinische Zusammenhänge verständlich erklären, ohne sie zu vereinfachen, und hat verschiedene Optionen transparent aufgezeigt.

Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Das Gespräch war professionell, angenehm und vertrauensbildend. Eine wirklich tolle Betreuung, für die ich mich ausdrücklich bedanken möchte.

I downloaded the app and started to create an account. When asked for a pin to be sent to my phone it never arrived. 

Then I selected call me with my PIN code and it said the phone integration does not work. 

So essentially this app doesn’t appear to work. Disappointing.

Came free with my pet insurance. Tried to install and link to my pet insurance. After multiple attempts to verify my email address, gave up.

I’d give 0 if it were possible. 

Try and enter the insurance information. Forced to select insurance and every time it asks for the information again. Never actually saves it. 

Can’t enter policy number - just says server failed. 

Seriously a PoS app, this is intended for speaking to a vet, you have one job, and you can’t even do that. Now I can’t use this service which is supposed to be free to me. 

Seriously just shut down, close the business, and delete this app from the AppStore. If you can’t do the single job you’re meant to do, then give up.

First vet (while still advertising to be) is no longer 24/7. They only have appointments a few hours a day. Because there were no appointments available at 10am until 7pm, I sent in a question on a Monday, and it wasn’t answered until Friday.

This was a great service with great vets that I loved telling people about, and now it is just false advertising and failure.

Had a sick dog in the middle of the night and wasn’t sure if I should contact my local ER vet or wait until my normal vet opened.  Attempted to use this service and booked an appointment to speak with a vet.  Waited a full 15 minutes past the scheduled time and nobody showed up.  Requesting a refund-awful service, or lack thereof.

This is such a waste of time and money. Instead, save those membership fee money towards a vet. These online vets all they do is offer you advice which you can 1, find on Google or 2, go to a vet. Also, if anyone thinks a prescription will be added to this, think again. You get no prescription only a consultation to tell you what Google or a real vet can do. Save your money and time.

Naturally online vets cannot perform remote labs, but we couldn't even get an antibiotic / antifungal for an older cat with obvious balance issues which point directly at ear infection.  

I liked the vet we chatted with very much, however this visit was useless for purpose and little more than video entertainment.

The people who help you may be vets but the service is not. They can not give you any kind of diagnosis or prescription. You are realistically paying for someone to tell you to go to your vet . 

I thought this was like Teladoc for humans . This is not . If what you want us for someone to go “ahh that’s such a cute dog “ for payment go right ahead and pay for the service .

Fantastic service – I would highly recommend it. As first-time puppy owners, we would probably have gone straight to the vet, but this video consultation gave us all the reassurance we needed and saved an unnecessary trip.

The vet was thorough, examined our puppy over video, and gave clear, practical, and very reassuring advice. Booking the appointment was quick and easy, and she called at exactly the scheduled time.

The whole experience was professional, convenient, and gave us real peace of mind. We wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again.

I have just used this service for the first time. The appointment was easy to book, asked for relevant information in advance of the appointment, and the appointment was within half an hour of initial enquiry. The vet was great, guided me through checking my dog and presenting symptoms, gave useful advice and relevant information. I would highly recommend this service.
