Anmelden funktioniert nicht

Hallo liebes Fischer Fitness Team,

obwohl ich schon lange Mitglied bei euch bin kann ich mich trotzdem nicht bei der neuen App anmelden. Ich habe auch schon mehrmals auf Passwort vergessen gedrückt und wollte es zurücksetzen um zu gucken ob es daran liegt aber leider habe ich nicht mal eine E-Mail bekommen was dies ermöglicht. Ich hoffe auf eine Antwort oder zumindest das der Fehler behoben wird.
