### 1/5 — The other review is correct

*2022-10-21*

Website works better

### 1/5 — Waste of Storage

*2022-08-22*

Supposedly you’re able to do data entry offline. Every time I try, I get a notification that I’m offline and can’t do anything. Why even HAVE the app? The website is bad enough, don’t waste your time with app!

### 1/5 — Please Update the app already.

*2022-07-09*

So many bugs and glitches. Please please fix it.

### 1/5 — Dave125437 is 100% right.

*2022-06-07, version 2.5.12*

Pretty sure at this point I would be less frustrated if someone used an app to steal my identity than I am using the Fisdap app. Fisdap is the worst. What’s holding me up from finishing? It’s this app.
This is an incredible disservice to your students.

### 1/5 — FISDAP is a crime against humanity.

*2022-05-11*

By far the worst app I have used in more than three decades of emergency services work. It regularly fails to start, hangs up during the login/loading shifts function, it has drop-down lists that students can add to (and over the course of a term, these lists grow to hundreds of options, making it nearly impossible to scroll through, so students just add a new option each time, making the lists grow longer, making it harder to scroll through ...).

If offered a choice between a ruptured spleen and Fisdap, I would choose to have a ruptured spleen. Fisdap shot JFK. My cat walked across my keyboard and made a better app than Fisdap. If you sin a lot, when you die you end up in Fisdap. If you divide by zero, you get Fisdap. Fisdap washes your grandmother's cast iron pans with soap - and lets them soak. An infinite number of monkeys with infinite time and infinite typewriters will eventually write all of Shakespeare's plays, but Fisdap was written by maybe four monkeys and a gerbil over the course of an afternoon.

I went to the zoo once, and a monkey threw Fisdap at me.

### 1/5 — FISDAP is trash

*2022-02-20*

Just when I thought FISDAP on a web browser couldn’t get any worse, this app came in and showed me the bar is as low as the center of the earth.

### 1/5 — Bad for report writing

*2022-01-25*

DO NOT TRY TO WRITE A NARRATIVE, it will not save. This app is only helpful in starting a report and adding getting the information in.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t save my data

*2021-12-05*

I enter my data from the app when I’m coming back from a call and or in between patients at the hospital and when I type an entire report and HIT SAVE, I log into the computer and go to my fisdap account, my narratives are gone as If I have never even typed one. Some show up but most of them disappear so this app is not very helpful. I now have to rewrite 7 narratives because of this problem.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2021-10-31*

What is this app even good for?

### 1/5 — So, so close to being useless

*2021-05-05, version 2.5.7*

It’s just functional enough to make you want to try to do something with it. Then it reminds you how useless (and slow) it really is.

### 1/5 — Window’s 96

*2021-04-01, version 2.5.7*

This app is comparable to window’s 96,it’s so slow. We are in the 21st Century People, come on!! Please bring this program up to speed! Paramedic school is already hard enough!!

### 1/5 — Do Not Like At All

*2021-02-19*

I understand that those who use this app have no choice since their school chose Fisdap for documentation. However, that doesn’t mean we have to settle for a terrible software. Both the online and app version are terrible. If you are a school faculty member, do everything in your power to use a better program! The software is slow, consistently doesn’t load the app version, and the website is often under maintenance. Maintenance is many times in the late afternoon and nighttime. During this time no documentation can be completed. When I say slow, I mean you’ll be waiting 5-10 minutes till it even loads the first screen. Every time it actually loads, it’s such a huge relief. It claims you can use it even if you have no service. Ha! I can’t even load it when I’m on a station’s WiFi. And when you’re in an ER with concrete blocking any signal, or way out in nowhere land, this feature would be super helpful. Shame it doesn’t work.

For those who have been saying this is a good app, you poor thing. I went to another school where we used Platinum Planner. Every software has its haters... but I’d go back to Platinum in a second! You guys just haven’t seen what’s out there to know how terrible a software you are settling for.

The fact that so many of us can give SPECIFIC reasons we hate the app and website should be enough for change to happen. I saw someone mention starting from scratch, and that’s exactly what should be done. Those who say it’s a good app can offer no specifics as to what makes it good. Perhaps they are fake reviews? Who knows! Instructors, do not use Fisdap unless you hate your students.

### 1/5 — Unspeakably awful

*2021-02-08, version 2.5.7*

If you’re an instructor or director considering using the FISDAP app for your program, RUN AWAY as fast as you can from this godawful app. Too many problems and frustrations to even list, but the worst issue is telling me that my valid login information is incorrect, forcing me to uninstall and reinstall the app every. single. time. I want to log in. I’m supposed to use this app to get signatures for ride times for my Paramedic course, but I just use the desktop version on my iPhone in lieu of dealing with the endless, hair-pulling frustration that this app causes. I think a chimp could code better than whoever made this app.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2021-02-03, version 2.5.7*

The app never works, I am constantly logged out and unable to log back in until I uninstall and re-download it. This app is useless

### 1/5 — Consistently disappoints

*2021-01-10, version 2.5.7*

Being using this app as a required part of my medical program. It’s consistently slow, consistently forces me to uninstall and reinstall to fix issues, and is missing many features from the equally terrible online version of the software. This software causes me more of a headache than learning the actual material from my schooling. Can’t wait to graduate and never hear the word FISDAP ever again. To future students-good luck, lol

### 1/5 — Terrible App

*2020-11-20, version 2.5.7*

Possibly one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It’s even worse than the actual computer software (which is really saying something.) I think you guys should probably start from scratch.

### 1/5 — Never loads

*2020-10-12, version 2.5.7*

I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times and it just sits there spinning saying loading shift data.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2020-09-25, version 2.5.7*

Sometimes it works (in slow motion!), most times it just displays “loading” on my iPhone and doesn’t work at all. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app multiple times. Still not working.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Absolutely horrible

*2025-07-05*

Lost a lot of my progress and I had to repeat clinical because of it. Absolute trash

### 1/5 — THROW THIS AWAY

*2025-07-01*

Literally the worst app they could’ve done it doesn’t even let you log in

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2025-06-05*

Unable to log in and when calling support they say it’s probably not compatible with my device. I use an iPhone with the current system updates. Their solution is to use the browser which isn’t very conducive on a phone.

### 1/5 — Can’t login

*2025-03-06, version 2.6.1*

Phone app version won’t even allow me to sign in, I can login while on my computer. But if I try and login with the app, it doesn’t work and claims the password and user doesn’t match, which clearly isn’t the case because I can login on my computer using the exact same username and password…. Like how?!

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2024-10-21*

App doesn’t even start up. Just use the website. The exams are extremely tough to do too.

### 1/5 — Nothing happens

*2023-07-27*

This app is worthless, was working on android, but iPhone does not do anything, but has my log in ,but told do not have permission, able to log in with my credentials, but no go! What a waste.

### 1/5 — Absolutely worst program ever made. A disabled gorilla could make a better program

*2023-06-27*

Whoever created this program needs to quit at life. Nothing works correctly, please shut down this app for the sake of humanity.

### 1/5 — If I had to choose…

*2023-01-20*

If I had to choose this app or a blind raccoon with rabies to enter my report. I would definitely go with the raccoon.

### 1/5 — Unable to log in

*2022-11-16*

I have tried to login multiple times, I have changed my password, deleted and reinstalled the app. It will not let me in. Ridiculous.

### 1/5 — Literally everything is bad at best.

*2022-11-01*

Log in doesn’t work majority of the time. GPS/adress doesn’t work or is wrong by two blocks.
I would think these should be the easy things.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Freakn awesome!

*2021-07-27, version 2.5.9*

This is so handy for doing patient care reports!!!!!

### 5/5 — Works for me

*2021-01-26, version 2.5.7*

I downloaded the app for facilitation of inputting field shifts and it works perfectly fine no issues at all, I was skeptical since other claim the app doesn’t load, but for me it was been working fine no issues at all.

### 5/5 — Amazing app. Ignore poor reviews

*2020-09-05, version 2.5.7*

I do not understand why this app has only 1 Star. Works great. Very organized. Helps streamline reports. Very user friendly. Highly recommend.

### 5/5 — offline access is much better

*2017-04-20, version 2.0.0*

Big improvement to be able to submit records offline

### 5/5 — Convenient and Efficient

*2017-04-19, version 2.0.0*

Very convenient. Keeps you organized with all shift information you need in one place.

### 3/5 — Getting better, but still

*2017-10-29*

For the love of all that is good, please make scrolling lists in alphabetical order... looking and scrolling through an incredibly random medication list is so time consuming and frustrating. Also, narrative screen will not bring up a keyboard or let me actually add any text. App is getting better I would love for it to be fully functional as it would be very helpful to be able to chart live-time!

### 3/5 — No Narrative

*2017-07-18, version 2.0.2*

Recent update(s) fixed a lot of issues with the iPad. However, the narrative was removed! No place to enter a narrative expect on the website, very annoying.

### 3/5 — Access Only

*2016-06-13*

This companion to the desktop version had very limited access. You can only view shifts and make attachments (pictures) for later use on the DT version. This can be done by taking a picture with your camera and uploading it later. Although it does cut out the middle man and apply the phot directly to the site.

Being able to manage shifts should be a basic function but you can't. No patient data can be input and no skills can be annotated. This makes the app, by in large, useless to most all users.

### 3/5 — Sign-off with attachments :)

*2015-11-29, version 1.0.1*

While most of the app is limited to shift viewing, it's nice to be able to attach files or images from my camera to shifts, which can then be used for preceptor sign off. Looking forward to more features soon.

### 2/5 — Slow and mind boggling

*2019-04-24, version 2.5.6*

The app is painfully slow. Regularly taking up to 10min to open. Any list are not in alphabetical order, not even concept order such as sinus rhythms together, just random order. The only reason to use the app is because their website doesn’t have a mobile version and is difficult to use on the phone.
