However, it’s impossible to breed fish beyond a certain level without spending huge dollars. Compared to other games the amount of gems and the cost is astronomical. The very low reward for achieving goals and levelling is downer as well. If the rewards were higher there would be more incentive to pay money on bonus’s etc. but the two simply don’t balance out. Very low reward - very high cost for bonus etc. I don’t mind spending a little money on a game I enjoy but for this one it is just not feasible. The cost factor and low reward is why I have rated it so low. ### 2/5 — Beautiful but $$$ *2023-05-27* One of the nicest looking aquarium games but be aware that progression quickly becomes impossible without paying a significant amount of money. The pricing is also such that to have enough gems for stuff, you’ll need the next tier. For example, the cheapest chest is 5000 gems and you only get 4800 gems in the cheap gem pack. The gems are not cheap. Exponential scaling of costs for fish & plants but in-game resource generation doesn’t match up. I’d like to rate it higher but looking good isn’t enough - the economy of the game needs a complete overhaul for this to be a playable game. ### 4/5 — Nice *2023-04-11* This game is really nice, especially for free. But I just accidentally clicked on “use diamonds” when I literally had one second left to wait. I just wasted five diamonds on one second, I’m not even kidding. I have to close the app and take a mental break because that was just too much for my mental state. Lol . I need to cool off because wow. But once you hit lv 5 the pace slows down a lot. So slow that even if you’re only playing it once per day between accumulated resources you still won’t have enough to do more than buy a fish or two or perhaps a couple set pieces for the area. Also the cost of jewels vs what they get you is absolutely laughable. You’re looking at $40 to have enough to buy more than one boost ($80 if you want to get the two highest) and no less than $20 for any of the chests they offer. Dunno about you but I have far better uses for that money than on mobile purchases! The amount of jewels you accumulate without money is so tiny they don’t really count for much. TL;DR it’s a nice free to play for a couple days then you’re better off moving to something else. ### 2/5 — Need to spend real $$$ to play after level 6 *2021-02-19* Downloaded yesterday and now at level 6. Must wait two hours to get enough hearts to buy one fish. Buy one fish, then wait two hours, even after watching ads. I like your game, it’s easygoing and relaxing, but I have a few suggestions. Can you please make it easier to obtain bigger animals like narwhals, dolphins, and whales? Could be a fun game if they weren’t trying to openly scam you pretty much right out the gate!
