Die Softwareversion4.5.2 scheint massive Probleme zu haben. Wer kann, sollte besser auf ein Update verzichten. In der aktuellen Version wird die WLAN Verbindung zum Deeper nur sehr unzuverlässig erkannt. Es kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung „ nicht verbunden … ihr Deeper Sonar ist bereits mit der Deeper Sonar App verbunden“ und eine Schaltfläche „Fisch Deeper Nutzen“ welche jedoch keine sichtbare Funktion hat. Sollte doch mal kurzzeitig eine Verbindung aufgebaut werden, so wird nur die Position in der Karte, Batteriekapazität des Deepers und die Geschwindigkeit angezeigt, aber der Scanbereich bleibt schwarz. Obwohl es ein „innerhalb 24h erfolgt eine Reaktion“ Versprechen des Supports gibt, bleiben Mails seit mehreren Tagen unbeantwortet. Mit der App Version 4.5.0 tritt das Problem offensichtlich noch nicht auf.

Möglicherweise verwenden Sie eine andere Anwendung, die die Verbindung der FishDeeper-App zu Ihrem Deeper stört.

Unsere Erfahrung zeigt, dass die Navionics-App dieselben WLAN-Protokolle wie die FishDeeper-App nutzt, was zu Störungen führen kann.

Deaktivieren Sie außerdem alle VPN-Dienste, während Sie den Deeper verwenden (falls Sie einen VPN-Dienst nutzen).

- ソナーが水中で非常に安定していること（例えば、マウントを使ってボートに取り付けるなど）。これは非常に重要です。

- 波が少なく、ソナービームが海底に直接向けられていること。

- 海底の硬度や塩分濃度などの他の要因も、最大探査深度に悪影響を与える可能性があります。

- 7度、20度、47度のビーム角度を切り替えて、ご自身の環境に最適な角度をご確認ください。

Only my first day. it definitely gathered some good data.  But  it has some flaws. 
1.  Stop asking me to subscribe after I already paid for it
2. Allow me to stop scanning once I’ve reeled it back in. Let me cast and start it back up. 
3. Sometimes the depth bar at the top just disappears and I can’t figure out how to get it back. I had to close the app and reopen.

**Developer response:** Thanks a lot for your review! Sorry for the issues you had. 1. The app shouldn't offer you to subscribe if you're already a subscriber - that's very odd. We'll look into this. 2. The sonar will stop scanning once it's out of the water. It could be that the 2 metal pins on the bottom of the sonar were still wet, and sonar thought it was in the water and was scanning briefly. 3. If you tap on the top part of the screen - the depth gauge will hide, making the screen bigger. Just tap the same spot, and it will reappear. I found the app to be difficult. I used to be able to just toss it in the water, connect and go. Now it wants me to buy a premium just to link it back to my phone. 

Also I find mine has a ton of interference while ice fishing and a delayed by seconds response. When it was new it was spot on and quick but it seems anymore that’s not the case.
 
Battery life has always been about 6 hours of time during ice fishing of consistent use. (I didn’t think was too bad at all for as little as it is)

I’m going to say the life time use of these is probably 4 years before it’s time to upgrade or buy something else. This isn’t a bad tool to have, I used it a lot for my ice fishing but it seems the killer for these is the app.

The sonar is ok. Works ok when it will stay connected. I’ve got Bluetooth off I’ve got cellular data off and I’ve got WiFi assist turned off. And every other cast it says lost connection and it has to reconnect. The gps is way off. Shows I’m 1/2 a mile from where I’m actually standing. And the mapping is also way off. Mapping some 8’ deep water and it’s showing 46’ deep. So the 3d map it made isn’t even close to the actual lake bottom.
And I can’t change the color palette on my scans. It changes other scans but not my scans. So annoying. Y’all really need to work on this app. Because right now it’s no good.

Ich bin super zufrieden mit der App. Allerdings habe ich mit meinem iPhone 12 Pro Max eine sehr verzögerte GPS ortung. Ich nutze nur die App und die Tiefenkarten während ich mit dem Boot auf einem 90ha großen See unterwegs bin. Oft bleibt der punkt in der App auch einfach stehen obwohl ich schon lange wo anders bin. Es ist echt schade weil ich die App gerne nochmal neben meinem Raymarine Echo offen habe um nochmal bessere tiefenkarten zu haben. Aber durch die extrem verzögerte Darstellung sehe ich trotz langsamer fahrt (1-4kmh) nie wo ich mich gerade befinde. Immer erst wenn ich ne weile stehen bleibe.

После обновления 2.0 при зимнем сканировании показывает всего 1 лунку. Исправьте пожалуйста.

**Developer response:** Здравствуйте, спасибо за ваш отзыв. Суть данного функционала приложения в том, чтобы отображать карты в любых условиях, даже если нету интернета. Поэтому они загружаются из памяти телефона, а не интернета. Если хотите, можете открыть сайт maps.fishdeeper.com на телефоне, и просматривать карты там.

When replaying the scan results, the original Deeper spherical icon no longer appears on the maps, making it impossible to display the scan path.

deeper proを使用していますが、今年の5月頃から有料のプレミアム会員への誘導されて、スキャンが出来なくなりました。
こちらは必ず有料会員にならないと使用出来なくなったのか、アプリの不具合なのか教えてください。
コンパクトで使いやすかったので、今後も無料版であれば使いたいと思っています。

I was drawn to this over being able to make a bathmetric map but you don’t even get to view that until you’ve mapped 70% of the lake. Dude I’m on a kayak, the lake is thousands of acres with lots of areas I simply can’t paddle to and back out from. So I will never get to enjoy this product for the very reason I bought it for. Connectivity cuts in and out while just sitting there. There’s been several times where I think I’m on the edge of a contour line and then my icon glitches and then when it catches up I’m way off from where I thought. I’ve gotten in the water and within 15 seconds I’m not moving on the map even though I’m moving. It freezes and then jumps to where I am. The app is trash. If you’re serious about fishing go with something else.

Depth (bathymetric) maps appear on the app's main screen if you're within 10 km (~6.2 miles) from that location, or you can access them anytime via Scan History of the app or https://maps.fishdeeper.com

I bought the deeper max, downloaded the app, fully charged the sonar unit, put the unit in my pool to connect to it but the app won’t connect to the unit with me standing directly over the sonar unit.  The app is primarily concerned with you purchasing their maps

**Developer response:** Здравствуйте, жаль это слышать. Вот что попробуйте: 1. Подключите эхолот к зарядке. 2. Зайдите в настройки WiFi вашего телефона, там подключитесь к WiFi сети вашего эхолота. Если попросит пароль - он 12345678 3. Теперь включите приложение FishDeeper и дайте ему любые соглашения, которые попросит. Затем оно должно подключиться.

I purchased a monthly subscription through the app which generated an error. The fee has been taken from my account but whenever I try to look at maps it asks me to subscribe again. If I try it tells me I already am subscribed. Tried to get help through chat support only to be told it need to go to second level which will take 4 working days. 
Not good enough.

Most likely what happened is that Apple has activated the subscription on your Apple ID account, but you were logged in the FishDeeper app with some other account. Our support team will help you (sorry that our response time is so long right now, we are actively working on improving it).

**Developer response:** Здравствуйте, если длительное время не использовали GPS эхолота - ему нужно будет больше времени на поиск спутников. Пока он ищет спутники - не делайте проводку, просто дайте эхолоту дрейфовать в воде. Имейте ввиду, что плохая погода, деревья поблизости и ЛЭП могут негативно влиять на связь GPS.
