Even though the app tells you to back up your game and even says it’s automatically backed up if you purchase coins, if you inadvertently lose your game and reopen it everything you’ve done so far is lost. It cannot be restored and you have to start over again. I don’t understand why it tells you to backup your game when it obviously doesn’t work. Also this is not a problem but would like the option to delete a tank if you want to. Would give it 5 stars if the bug is fixed and the option to delete tanks is added. Update: I realize after looking at the age of the comments and with Fish Farm games 2 & 3 out there, this version of Fish Farm will probably not be modified. I get it, it’s an old game and there are always newer games the designers will put out there if they stay in business. Oh well, at least it still works on the platform and I do enjoy the game. I keep paying $2.99 to purchase money and it never allows me to exchange in order to buy fish. There are no clear instructions on the help icon and the constant bombardments of ads tells me that it’s due to my settings. I have to constantly shut down the app to erase the ad and then hit the app on my Home Screen again! NO other app does this!! I bought fish, bred them, sold them.. gained enough coins to buy new better fish (all the components to level up right?) but there's a point (and much too early in the game, Level 2.) that you just end up stuck. You can earn a handful of coins to buy the upgraded fish but it won't let you buy them unless you're at a certain level. That part makes no sense, if you have enough of the coin amount you should be able to buy the fish. Purchase of the exchange really opens up the game and the progression while turning a stock mobile product into an enjoyable experience. It's basically a price tag on the game itself. So, Fish Farm lets me live out my fantasy of one-time purchases for random things to fill my phone with. An awesome, no-fuss feature is manually syncing your save file between your devices. Just back up whenever you're finished and restore later on if you change something. This is a timeless app which hasn't been pulled from the App Store or spun into an unplayable mess, which are unfortunately common.
