Fish Swami is a fishing app that helps you get more out of your fishing trips. GPS tracks are automatically created while you fish, so it's easy to see where you fished. The GPS location is saved for each fish you catch, so it's easy to see where you caught fish. Save patterns, waypoints, weather, friends, photos and more with your fishing logs. Plus, you can take your fishing logs with you anywhere, even if you're offline. Fish Swami's fishing app is designed to work if you fish rivers, streams, lakes, ponds, or anything else. While you're fishing, you can enter in fish as you catch them, wait until you're finished at a fishing hole to enter in a group of fish, or wait until the end of the trip to enter in all catches. FISH SWAMI WEB When you register your account through the app, you now also have access to your fishing logs and other data online at https://www.fishswami.com. Fishing logs that you enter online will automatically be synced to your device, and vice versa. OFFLINE MODE Your past fishing logs, patterns, waypoints, and more are available to you in the Fish Swami app while you're fishing - even if you're offline. Additionally, you can save new fishing logs, waypoints, and more while you're offline. OFFLINE MAPS When you know you will be fishing in an area without cell service, you can download maps to use when you're offline! These offline maps will be shown while you're fishing, looking at waypoints, looking at saved fishing logs, and other areas in the app where maps are displayed. PHOTOS Save photos of fish you caught or where you fished with your fishing log. SHARING You can classify each fishing log you save as public, protected, or private. Public fishing logs are visible to anyone, protected fishing logs are visible to your friends, and private fishing logs are visible only to you. FRIENDS You can add other Fish Swami members as fishing friends. Once added, you are able to share your protected fishing logs with each other. They'll automatically receive notifications when you add new fishing logs. This app is now a handy new way to interface with prior logs. Looking forward to creating logs in the spot with the app also. 10 years ago I wanted to reach out to the owner to suggest an app. Love that it’s available. Cheers and keep up the good work adding more flexible features. ### 3/5 — It was awesome, but some features no longer work. *2023-05-17* When I first started using this app, it was excellent. It would download weather from a day of fishing, and even download the water levels from the gauge you selected for doing drift boat trips. It’s made it much easier to remember what was going on year to year, and know what to use during given months. Unfortunately, in the past couple months, the weather download feature has stopped working altogether. I have reached out to the developers to separate times and received zero response. I’m thinking since there hasn’t been an update in a year that support for the app may be going away. no other apps like this available so this is a huge bummer.
