Bought the full version for my daughter, and it won't open. I tried getting it to work through the free version, and it won't acknowledge that I bought it. Tried to go to the developer website, and it's up for sale? How do I fix this?

I just downloaded it for my little girl and it kicks me out every time I go I to the app so she can't play it. Not impressed.
